This role covers recruitment and onboarding, salary administration, promotions and transfers, personnel administration, training and development, employee and industrial relations, HRIS data maintenance, time and attendance, succession planning, performance and discipline management, and leave administration.

Description
- Manage full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes
- Oversee administrative functions such as office management, facilities, transportation, security, procurement, and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, school policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to educational institutions
- Provide HR guidance and support to school leadership, line managers, teachers, and staff
- Maintain accurate HR records, staff files, and HRIS data
- Lead staff welfare initiatives and support a positive school culture
- Manage and develop the HR & Admin team to deliver efficient services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of HR & Administration experience, preferably in an international school or service-oriented organization
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, people management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
