- Reporting Manager - Regional Finance Manager
- Up to 950,000 MMK plus other benefits
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Communicate with existing Clients and Introduced new/potential international client accounts.
- Understand the client’s business nature by making meetings with client’s relevant management team.
- Communicate regularly with existing clients for any details transaction information and supporting documentation.
- Discuss with client for additional data and supporting Information.
- Prepare a suitable Chart of Accounts (CoA) for client’s business.
- Record and enter the accounting system and manage the online account.
- Reconcile the Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile general bank statements.
- Discuss with Client for the draft Final Report via online meeting or face to face.
- Liaise with the client to plan annual audit requirements.
- Strong understanding of payroll for clients, including Personal Income Tax (PIT) and SSB.
- Regularly liaising with the team leader after finalizing the above matter.
- Prepare the Statement of Cash Flow (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
- Prepare the Draft Final Report (SOPL & SOFP) to Senior Person to review before sending to clients.
- Prepare the Analysis report of Financial Statement to Senior Person to review before sending to clients.
- Available to provide sufficient advice to clients on any general work-related matters.
- Liaise with the team leader for any advice that needs to be provided to the client.
- Update the weekly report for all work completed and pending, Etc.
- Responsible for liaising with Tax officer for client's tax clearance related matter.
- Responsible for learning and applying all tax compliance matter for client's business.
- Lead the team internally (including Laos and Cambodia’s Team) to build a great teamwork
Requirements
- Self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Good inter-personal communication skills and a dynamic team player.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- At least 5 years+ of relevant working experience in finance and accounting.
- ACCA Part II or CPA Part II.
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance/accounting or professional qualification.
