Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develop provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the Corporate Secretarial Department.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, statutory registers, and minute books.
- Manage the arrangement, checking, and compilation of documents submitted by regional offices, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor compliance calendars to ensure timely submission of statutory filings.
- Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and execution of legal documents.
- Prepare and file legal documents with relevant regulatory authorities accurately and within deadlines.
- Visit banks, government offices, and other institutions for notarizations, submissions, registrations, and other compliance-related matters.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial or compliance role (experience in corporate services firms is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and statutory filing requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital filing systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Professional attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel to government offices, banks, and other institutions as required.
