Corporate Secretarial Support at a Leading Outsourcing & Corporate Secretarial Services Firm in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Reporting Manager - Senior Corporate Secretarial 
  • Up to 400,000 MMK plus other benefits

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the Corporate Secretarial Department.
  • Maintain accurate corporate records, statutory registers, and minute books.
  • Manage the arrangement, checking, and compilation of documents submitted by regional offices, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely coordination with relevant departments.
  • Monitor compliance calendars to ensure timely submission of statutory filings.
  • Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and execution of legal documents.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with relevant regulatory authorities accurately and within deadlines.
  • Visit banks, government offices, and other institutions for notarizations, submissions, registrations, and other compliance-related matters.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial or compliance role (experience in corporate services firms is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and statutory filing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital filing systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
  • Professional attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel to government offices, banks, and other institutions as required.
