- Up to 400,000 MMK plus other benefits
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Familiarizing with all services offered by our company.
- Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success & develop great relationships with clients.
- Assist the Business Development team in identifying and developing new business opportunities through existing and prospective client networks.
- Attending networking activities to connect with prospective clients.
- Identifying, researching and verifying the queries raised by clients.
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Support the timely resolution of client enquiries by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring effective follow-up.
- Report on the status of client accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Answering queries from prospective and existing clients of the Businesses via phone calls or emails.
- To take turns acting as receptionist in accordance with the roster to greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- To announce the arrival of clients to the related team members of the respective departments.
- To ensure the reception is covered during business hours 8 am to 5 pm including lunch hour and ensure the meeting rooms are well organized at all times.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and a dynamic team player.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and Strong customer service orientation.
