Description

• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends
• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
• Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion)
• Experiment with new activation ideas to keep the brand ahead of competitors

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage and at least 5 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Strong experience in consumer marketing, brand activation, or campaign management with proven track record of designing and executing successful consumer engagement strategies
