• Responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, improving processes, and providing analytical and logistical support to enhance route-to-market execution in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or distribution environment
• Up to 6,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Ensure smooth daily operations, resolve workflow issues, and maintain back-office readiness to support business expansion
• Manage sales system master data, incident resolution, and system enhancements while driving process improvements for operational efficiency
• Control budgets, analyze cost-benefits, and align financial planning with business goals, including trade spending oversight
• Monitor trade budgets, track spending, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams for fiscal planning
• Set performance objectives, provide coaching, manage succession planning, and foster team growth through recruitment and engagement

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage or Pharma and at least 3 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Monitor operational metrics, analyse data to identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and service quality
