• Responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, and profitability of the car showroom, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance
• Up to 2,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including vehicle sales, after-sales, and customer service
• Maintain showroom standards, ensuring brand compliance and an exceptional customer experience
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training programs
• Uphold the showroom’s reputation as a trusted, high-quality automotive dealer

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 3 years of experience in a management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and performance management
