• Up to 1,500,000 MMK and Other Allowances

Description

• Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standards
• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists, etc.)
• Motivate the team and conduct performance evaluations and regular feedback sessions
• Assist in achieving sales targets and creating promotional or loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a related industry and at least 2 years of experience in the management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, stylists, receptionists, and other staff members
