Description
- Monitor and improve the conversion rate from walk-in traffic to actual sales
- Supervise and motivate sales staff, technicians, and customer support
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge, customer handling, and after-sales services
- Manage cash handling, billing, and POS systems
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising
