Description

• Monitor and improve the conversion rate from walk-in traffic to actual sales
• Supervise and motivate sales staff, technicians, and customer support
• Conduct regular training on product knowledge, customer handling, and after-sales services
• Manage cash handling, billing, and POS systems

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 4 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising
