Description

Define and lead the overall business strategy for automotive operations across sales, aftersales, network development, and product planning

Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform business direction and brand positioning

Drive long-term business planning and performance improvement initiatives aligned with regional and group objectives

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic goals, with direct oversight of business units, marketing, and operational efficiency
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, with strong exposure to strategic planning and business operations

Proven track record in managing cross-border or regional automotive projects

Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management

Willingness to relocate full-time to Myanmar is required

Familiarity with automotive safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
