The Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the elevator or building solutions industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver sustainable growth

Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion in targeted regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts for new installations and modernization projects
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve KPIs
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for seamless project execution
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the elevator/escalator industry or related building solutions sector
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing large sales teams
  • Strong understanding of elevator technologies, installation processes, and maintenance services
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region
