Asst: IT Manager (Business Process Automation) at the International Logistic Company in Yangon
- Responsible to support BPM track lead and Digital Business Track lead related activities and processes
- Up to 3,500,000 MMK plus Performance Bonus

The Role
- Support administrative tasks, including ticket creation, UAT, follow-ups, and coordination between Regional and Global IT teams
- Maintain a single source of truth for SOPs, user guides, rules, and policies related to system usage
- Facilitate regular joint touchpoint meetings with business stakeholders and record meeting minutes as needed
- Monitor countries to ensure compliance with local rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures
- Foster positive relationships with business teams and country BPMs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and country counterparts on business processes, performance monitoring, reporting, analysis for improvement, solutioning, and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analysis and Project Coordinator, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketplace, or SaaS platforms
- Strong experience in BPM track leads to investigating Problems/issues reported by end users for related business processes or systems issues
- Good at assisting in the ongoing review of Business Process Quality and work out potential solutions with BPM track leads to increased productivity
- Experience in Support Digital solutions/Projects throughout the roll-out, UAT, Training, Implementation and BAU stages
