Description
- Plan, prepare, and execute a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
- Supervise daily pastry kitchen operations and ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage stock levels, control costs, and ensure proper storage and inventory rotation.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team on menu planning, special events, and promotions
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in a management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Food preparation and portion control
