Senior Civil Designer at a Successful Group Companies in Nay Pyi Taw

• Lead and support civil design and drafting activities for infrastructure and building projects
• Salary is up to1,500,000 MMK plus allowances

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced civil design professional to take on a senior-level role, supporting engineering teams with detailed design drawings and technical coordination. You’ll be involved in a wide range of civil works projects, contributing directly to design quality and project delivery

The Role

• Prepare detailed civil design drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Support civil engineers in developing layouts for roads, drainage systems, earthworks, and structural components
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and engineering instructions
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
• Produce accurate as-built drawings using site data and survey information
• Coordinate closely with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues
• Maintain proper drawing control, documentation, and revision records
• Assist with basic quantity take-offs and measurements when required
• Participate in occasional site visits to support design verification and coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil design or drafting roles
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (3D skills are an advantage)
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey data accurately
• Familiarity with building and infrastructure standards; knowledge of MNBC Code (2025) is a strong advantage
• Good attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
