The Role
This role is responsible for providing technical support and field service for water treatment systems and chemical solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot system performance, conduct site visits, and ensure effective implementation of water treatment solutions

Description
- Provide on-site technical support for water treatment systems and chemical applications
- Conduct regular customer visits, system inspections, and performance evaluations
- Troubleshoot water treatment issues and recommend effective technical solutions
- Perform testing, monitoring, and analysis of water treatment processes to ensure system efficiency
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for water treatment systems
- Work closely with customers to understand operational challenges and provide timely solutions
- Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and recommendations following site visits
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support product trials, chemical applications, and process optimization projects
- Ensure all service activities are conducted safely and according to company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment, chemical products, or related industrial services
- Experience with customer service, field service, or technical support is preferred
- Basic knowledge of water treatment processes, chemicals, and industrial applications
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
