The Role
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end production and central kitchen operations to ensure products are consistently available across retail outlets while maintaining quality, efficiency, and cost control. You will oversee production planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and operational improvements to support business growth and customer satisfaction

Description
- Lead daily production and central kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient output across all retail channels
- Develop production schedules and forecasting plans to balance customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity
- Analyze sales trends, seasonal patterns, and promotional activities to optimize production volumes and reduce waste
- Coordinate closely with retail, procurement, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth product availability
- Translate business forecasts into practical manufacturing and kitchen production plans
- Monitor raw material consumption and work with procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted supply
- Oversee food production processes and ensure equipment performance, maintenance, and operational readiness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, and product consistency
- Collaborate with quality teams to strengthen food quality standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor operational KPIs including production output, wastage, inventory utilization, and service levels
- Establish and improve SOPs to enhance production control and operational discipline
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to improve capability and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in HACCP, GMP, ISO, or Food Safety standards are an advantage
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in bakery production, food manufacturing, central kitchen, or related operations
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing production or kitchen teams
- Experience in bakery chains, food retail, FMCG, restaurant groups, or food manufacturing environments is preferred
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, forecasting, and process optimization
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical, and operational decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven production environment
