Our client is a globally recognized bridal wear and fashion brand with operations spanning the US, Europe, and Asia. Known for its craftsmanship and design excellence, the company is expanding its quality operations in Myanmar to support growing production needs

The Role
- Conduct detailed garment inspections to ensure compliance with sewing standards, sample approvals, and brand specifications
- Review construction, measurements, and finishing of bridal gowns and accessories for quality accuracy
- Identify, document, and report any product defects and ensure timely corrective actions
- Manage QC documentation, prepare inspection reports, and share regular quality updates with management
- Support vendor development by enhancing factory performance, communication, and production timelines
- Work with international teams on customs, compliance, and product quality coordination
- Partner with logistics teams to track orders, materials, and shipments
- Conduct sustainability and compliance checks at vendor sites to ensure alignment with ethical and environmental standards
- Support global sourcing initiatives by assisting with new factory evaluations in the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in garment manufacturing or QC, ideally in bridal or formalwear
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, garment construction, and inspection processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to travel regularly for factory visits within the region
