Description

• Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to ensure value, quality, and reliability
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution activities
• Participate in supplier performance reviews and monitor KPIs related to cost, quality, and delivery
• Analyze market trends, supply risks, and material availability to support proactive decision-making
• Optimize inventory levels to improve turnover, reduce waste, and support service requirements
• Establish and improve procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Resolve supplier issues, disputes, and claims in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and management teams
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement and supply chain team to build long-term capability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing procurement and supply chain functions
• Proven track record handling multi-product or multi-brand sourcing environments
• Experience working in developing or emerging markets with evolving supply chain structures
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Solid understanding of international trade, logistics, and customs procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
