Description

• Supervise daily production and packaging activities to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure output targets are met while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards
• Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times
• Allocate tasks, balance workloads, and monitor team attendance and performance
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure staff follow standard operating procedures
• Act as the key communication link between management and factory floor teams
• Address operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions and delays
• Support continuous improvement in productivity and work discipline

Requirements

• Experience supervising workers in a food production or processing environment
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Preferred but not necessary: background in meat processing or food packaging operations
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or food safety audit requirements
• Experience handling worker training, discipline, or conflict resolution
• Ability to read basic production plans and performance indicators
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to guide, correct, and motivate teams
• Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions (cold, wet, noisy environments)
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or shifts as required
