This role is responsible for managing all factory operations, including production, quality control, workforce management, and process improvement. You will ensure smooth daily operations, optimize production efficiency, and maintain high standards in safety and compliance while leading a diverse team

Description
- Oversee daily production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently while maintaining cost control
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet internal and regulatory standards
- Lead, train, and manage factory staff, fostering a productive and performance-driven environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes
- Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies
- Manage factory budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, KPIs, and operational insights
- Address customer complaints related to production and ensure quality standards are maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing management, preferably in confectionery
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and regulatory standards
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with ERP or production management systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
