Description
- Generate and integrate sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide clear performance insights.
- Conduct analytical reviews of sales data to guide business decisions and monitor key metrics.
- Calculate and verify sales incentives to ensure fair and accurate distribution.
- Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate customer and sales information.
- Support clients through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Organize and present data-driven reports for management evaluation.
- Work closely with internal departments to streamline and strengthen sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.
