This role requires to maintain effective communication with staff, students, parents, and the broader community to promote engagement and support

Our client is currently aiming to establish a nursery school that meets international standards

Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery school

• Develop and implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum

• Monitor and evaluate children's progress and development

• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress

• Address parental concerns professionally and promptly

• Organize events and activities to build community involvement

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in education (Early Childhood, Primary), Educational Management, or a related field, Master’s preferred

• At least 2 - 5 years supervisory or management experience in early years settings, preferably including international or multicultural environments

• Strong knowledge of early years frameworks and child development

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Open to both Local and Expatriate
