Description
- Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growth
- Drive cost optimization, revenue analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Lead cash flow management, treasury, and FX management
- Partner closely with business units to provide commercial insights and business partnering support
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls and governance
- Support M&A activities, investment analysis, and capital allocation decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA/MBA preferred
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to telecommunications or related industries
- Proven experience in financial leadership, FP&A, and business partnering
- Strong understanding of telecom business models, revenue streams, and cost structures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A strong command of Business English is a must
- Must be goal orientated, team-oriented and able to work in collaborative environment
