Description

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies
• Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
• Maintain excellent customer service to increase satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee inventory management, ordering processes, and clearance of slow-moving stock
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to enhance skills and operational efficiency

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Must have experience in modern trade sales and strong skills in client communication and team coordination
