- Responsible for managing modern trade accounts and overseeing day-to-day distribution canter operations from planning to execution
- Up to 2,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
- Maintain excellent customer service to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee inventory management, ordering processes, and clearance of slow-moving stock
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to enhance skills and operational efficiency
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Must have experience in modern trade sales and strong skills in client communication and team coordination
