- Responsible for leading nationwide sales operations and driving revenue growth by managing showroom performance, developing sales strategies, and guiding teams to achieve targets across all regions

Description
- Lead nationwide retail and wholesale sales performance to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies and annual sales plans for all channels
- Oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth processes, effective reporting, and strong showroom performance
- Manage and support regional and store sales teams, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring
- Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize pricing, product mix, and channel strategies
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience and 3 years of managerial experience in retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Communicable English is preferred
- Must have strong leadership and strategic sales planning skills to effectively manage nationwide retail and wholesale sales teams and drive consistent performance
