• Responsible for driving sales growth across retail and distribution channels by executing sales strategies and managing strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Up to 2,300,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage distributors and retail partners, ensuring effective sales execution and strong relationships
• Drive sales performance by monitoring targets, market coverage, and team activities
• Coordinate promotions and product launches with the marketing team
• Analyse sales data and market trends to improve strategies and business performance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Intermediate English is preferrable
• Must have strong sales strategy, negotiation, and distributor management skills to drive retail and channel performance effectively.
