- Responsible for driving sales growth across retail and distribution channels by executing sales strategies and managing strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
- Up to 2,300,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage distributors and retail partners, ensuring effective sales execution and strong relationships
- Drive sales performance by monitoring targets, market coverage, and team activities
- Coordinate promotions and product launches with the marketing team
- Analyse sales data and market trends to improve strategies and business performance
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Intermediate English is preferrable
- Must have strong sales strategy, negotiation, and distributor management skills to drive retail and channel performance effectively.
