- Responsible for leading sales strategies and managing client accounts to drive revenue growth while ensuring the sales team achieves overall KPI targets

Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team revenue and growth targets
- Manage key client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Lead and supervise the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance
- Plan and track sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds expectations
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the logistics market
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in related background
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Must have strong leadership, sales planning, and client relationship management skills to drive team performance and revenue growth
