The Role

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3–4 years of experience in managing medium-sized businesses from a similar position or senior leadership level. Proven expertise in overseeing sales, service, and parts operations, driving P&L performance, and successfully turning around business performance will be highly advantageous. Individuals with experience in the agriculture market and a strong understanding of its ecosystem, as well as those from similar or entirely different industries, are still encouraged to explore this opportunity.

Description

• Lead the overall business strategy for agricultural machinery operations, aligning with company goals and market trends
• Oversee day-to-day operations including sales, service, parts, and supply chain to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Manage the full profit and loss responsibility, driving financial performance and cost optimization
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, customer base, and revenue in the agricultural sector
• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and high employee engagement
• Foster strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to introduce innovative machinery solutions tailored to market needs
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and reporting
• Identify and implement turnaround strategies for underperforming areas and lead initiatives for sustainable growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Over 15 years of working with minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in senior leadership role managing businesses, ideally from agriculture industry or other diverse businesses
• Strong Proficiency in English
• Strong track record of achievements
• Able to handle extensive travelling
