Senior Business Development Executive (Aesthetics Devices) at Global Medical Devices Manufacturer in Yangon

• Responsible for the business development function of Aesthetic Devices
• Up to 2,000,000 MMK per month

The Role

The ideal candidate's background for the role comes with hands on sales or business development experience in handling medical devices, ethical pharma products, dermatology products, beauty products or aesthetic products. Good understanding of Myanmar aesthetic market and dynamic would be highly advantages and strong connection with KOLs.

Description

• Responsible for achieving the agreed sales results
• You understand Value-Based Selling and know how to apply Sales Intelligence in a market of capital goods
• Explore opportunities and leads, develop, and negotiate the business deals.
• Try to master knowledge of company Aesthetics product portfolio to find a proper value proposition in respective projects
• Thrive to meet individual sales target and to perform in group activities also
• Organize and accompany devices installation and product training
• Need to plan, execute and report
• Need to travel as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, though healthcare related would be highly advantageous.
• Have at least 3 - 5 years of working experience as sales rep/product specialist in medical devices sales, b2b beauty products, dermatology products, aesthetic products
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• MS Office applications (eg. MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Able to work individually while being a good team player
• Strong English proficiency is ideal but not mandatory
• Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
