Description

• Review and verify Purchase Requisition Forms for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with relevant departments to finalize specifications and requirements
• Source quotations (minimum of three) and present to management for approval
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and manage supplier contracts
• Ensure timely budget planning and payment processing
• Maintain procurement documentation and update departmental records on the server
• Coordinate shipment plans and schedules with Customer Service and Forwarders
• Prepare export documentation including Phyto Certificates, Export Licenses, Form A, and Bills of Lading
• Conduct container inspections and manage loading operations
• Ensure timely submission of loading records and reports
• Handle customs clearance and liaise with Forwarders for export declarations
• Track shipments and maintain cargo documentation including trucking numbers and package photos
• Prepare and submit documents for Import License applications
• Follow up on Trade License issuance and OMIC testing arrangements
• Organize transportation for sample exports and imports
• Maintain an up-to-date supplier contact list
• Ensure quality and compliance of received goods
• Resolve discrepancies and coordinate warranty claims or replacements
• Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and compliant execution of tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in food manufacturing or export-import sectors
• Strong knowledge of EXIM procedures, international trade documentation, and supplier management
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Required to base in Nay Pyi Taw, ideally a native or anyone who is keen for relocation
