The Role

This role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives

Description

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with global and local regulatory standards
• Manage P&L responsibilities and drive cost optimization initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities in emerging markets
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure operational excellence
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver on strategic objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MBBS or other doctorate degree
• Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in business management within the pharmaceutical, with an additional 5 years of leadership experience and experience working from the brand side with the distributors
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operations, and business development
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards in pharma manufacturing
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
