Description

• Drive sales performance and achieve individual revenue targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer relationships
• Build strong relationships with clinics, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities
• Present, negotiate, and close commercial opportunities
• Develop knowledge of product portfolios and effectively communicate value propositions
• Coordinate product installations and customer training activities
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates
• Participate in team initiatives to achieve overall business objectives
• Travel regularly to meet customers and support business expansion efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in a healthcare, science, or business-related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, product specialist roles, or related commercial positions
• Experience in aesthetics, cosmetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries is highly preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
• Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering business growth
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic digital literacy and proficiency in common business applications
