Description

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's aesthetic technologies and treatment solutions
• Provide product demonstrations, customer education, and hands-on training
• Support customers throughout the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing product usage
• Stay updated on industry trends, clinical research, and developments within the aesthetics market
• Assist with device installations and provide technical and application support
• Develop solutions and educational materials to address customer enquiries
• Plan and participate in workshops, educational programs, campaigns, and industry events
• Support business development and sales initiatives through product expertise and customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders
• Prepare monthly activity plans and monitor implementation outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist, Therapist, Clinical Trainer, Application Specialist, or related role
• Strong interest in aesthetics, clinical education, and emerging treatment technologies
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate value propositions effectively
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and training skills
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel frequently
