The Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to lead and expand a growing poultry feed business. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, proven sales leadership, and the ability to drive market growth in the feed sector

Description

• Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Identify and acquire new customers, including poultry farms, dealers, and distributors
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to support long-term partnerships
• Conduct regular market visits to explore business opportunities and gather competitor insights
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms with customers
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry or a related field
• Minimum 8–9 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the poultry feed industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven record in market development and increasing sales volume
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and team management abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently and work both independently and with the team
