An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to lead and expand a growing poultry feed business. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, proven sales leadership, and the ability to drive market growth in the feed sector

Description
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Identify and acquire new customers, including poultry farms, dealers, and distributors
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to support long-term partnerships
- Conduct regular market visits to explore business opportunities and gather competitor insights
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the poultry feed industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and work both independently and with the team.
