The Role
A senior leadership role for overseeing all construction project management operations within the organization. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards, while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Description
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for construction project management operations.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, designs, and budget projections
- Review and approve contracts, tenders, procurement plans, and vendor agreements
- Set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and ensure staff capability development
- Direct report to the CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- MBA or Executive Management certification is an advantage
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in both English and Myanmar, in written and verbal forms.
