Description
- Develop sales strategies and achieve annual sales targets
- Lead, inspire, and manage a large sales team to achieve targets and maintain a high-performance culture
- Set and monitor short and long-term sales objectives to achieve revenue growth
- Motivate and guide the team to exceed sales quotas and achieve excellence across all levels
- Direct report to the General Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in both English and Myanmar, in written and verbal forms
