Description

• Lead the overall growth and expansion strategy of the healthcare business unit 
• Establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and investment opportunities 
• Oversee full operational management of the Group’s wellness business to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency 
• Drive strategic planning, market positioning, and competitive business expansion 
• Manage financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation 
• Report directly to the Group CEO and Board of Directors 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred 
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within healthcare, hospital, wellness, or related industries 
• Strong track record in business development, expansion, and strategic growth initiatives 
• Experience overseeing healthcare operations and investment portfolios preferred 
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capability 
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership development skills
