The Role
This role requires to provide administrative support to senior management including manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions

Description
- Prepare agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions for executive and board meetings
- Draft and edit internal/external communications such as memos, reports, and presentations
- Organize travel arrangements for branch visits, client meetings, and industry events
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders like board members and clients
- Oversee administrative functions such as ordering supplies and managing service requests
- Provide updates on industry best practices, market trends, and customer experience improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. A diploma in professional secretarial skills is advantageous
- At least 3 years of experience as a secretary or personal assistant
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools for scheduling
- Ability to manage schedules, maintain filing systems, and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Accuracy in preparing documents, managing calendars, and ensuring precision in communication
- Proficiency in English and Myanmar languages for effective stakeholder interaction
- Proficiency in Chinese language is advantageous
