• Play a significant role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR activities and supporting both the HR department and all employees
• Salary is up to 700,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

The role is a crucial member of the Human Resources team, responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining personnel records, and assisting in key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll

Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Handle employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations issues, resolving conflicts professionally
• Support employee training and development programs
• Handle grievance processes and exit interviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
• Typically, 2 years of experience in HR or related roles
• Good knowledge of Labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
