The Role

This role is leading and overseeing all financial functions including financial strategy, planning, and analysis across the company's operations.

Description

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial risk management processes

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business goals

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with local and international accounting standards

• Drive financial decision-making to support business strategies and growth initiatives 

• Coordinate with other departments for operational planning and business performance improvements

• Ensure sound internal controls and financial policies across the organization

• Liaise with auditors, bankers, government authorities, and other financial stakeholders

• Manage and develop the finance team and build strong cross-functional relationships

• Oversee corporate governance and business ethics adherence in financial matters

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Administration, or related fields. An MBA or professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is highly preferred

• Possess over 18 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in progressively senior financial leadership roles

• Extensive experience in financial management roles, ideally within healthcare, manufacturing, or service sectors

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and market trends relevant to Myanmar and regional Southeast Asia

• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth environment

• Experience managing multi-currency operations and cross-border transactions is an advantage
