 The Role

This role will lead initiatives to develop and implement human resource strategies that support logistics business goals. You will oversee talent management, employee engagement, training, and organizational development in a dynamic logistics environment.

Description

• Design and implement HR development programs including training, leadership development, and succession planning

• Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with company goals

• Manage performance appraisal processes and employee feedback systems

• Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment

• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company policies

• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address skills gaps

• Oversee HR data management and reporting systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR development, preferably within logistics or related industries

• Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements

• Experience designing and delivering training and development programs

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Burmese

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
