This role is responsible for overseeing general administrative tasks, coordinating logistics documentation, and ensuring efficient internal operations across departments.

Description
- Coordinate office operations, including filing, scheduling, and internal communication
- Handle administrative paperwork for shipping, customs clearance, and logistics documentation
- Liaise with vendors, transport partners, and warehouse teams to support operational flow
- Maintain and order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Manage internal reports and prepare basic spreadsheets and documentation for management
- Support HR and finance teams in administrative tasks such as leave tracking, expense claims, and document organization
- Ensure proper archiving all documents in physical and digital formats
- Monitor and maintain compliance with internal policies and government regulations
- Oversee daily use and scheduling of company vehicles, Monitor and manage fuel consumption.
- Handle vehicle insurance processes – renewal, claims, and documentation
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transport sectors
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of logistics or ERP software is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Burmese
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
