• Manage accounting records, including General Ledger, Sales Records, Purchase Records, and Inventory control
• Up to 700,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

This role requires to assist in full sets of accounts, including monthly Profit and Loss statements and financial reporting to the Finance Manager

About the Company

Our client is a leading agricultural trading company specializing in the sourcing, processing, and distribution of high-quality rice and maize

Description

• Assist in preparing full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support inventory and cost accounting for trading operations
• Assist management with financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide necessary training or support
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication and reporting
• Ability to handle accounting software and financial systems relevant to the trading sector
• Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as inventory reconciliation
