The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and ensuring legal compliance with labor laws and company policies

Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization's goals
- Managing recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Monitoring and managing employee performance, conducting appraisals, and supporting succession planning
- Administering compensation, benefits, and payroll programs
- Ensuring legal compliance with Labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
- Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Facilitating training programs and employee development
- Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Acting as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment
- Supporting workforce planning, organizational development, and culture initiatives
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, with strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with HR information systems and software
- Strong organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Results-driven, people-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
