Talent Acquisition Manager at A Well-Known Financial Service Companies in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all business units.
  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK + other allowances

The Role

This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a strong talent pipeline to support the company's rapid growth and evolving workforce needs

About the Company

Our client is a leading financial services company in Myanmar, offering a wide range of products including digital banking, loans, and investment services

Description

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Partner with department heads and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Utilize digital platforms, job boards, and social media to attract high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Oversee and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and labor laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in financial services or
  • a fast-paced industry
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring mid-to senior-level professionals
  • Strong understanding of employer branding, market mapping, and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Burmese
