The Role
The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, compensation & benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies within a dynamic international healthcare environment

Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s mission and operational goals
- Managing recruitment and selection, hiring, and onboarding processes across various healthcare and administrative functions
- Overseeing employee performance evaluation, career progression, and succession planning initiatives
- Administering compensation, benefits, payroll, and welfare programs
- Ensuring strict compliance with labor laws, healthcare industry regulations, and company policies
- Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinating training programs, competency development, and continuous learning initiatives
- Maintaining accurate employee records, HR databases, and relevant documentation
- Serving as a communication bridge between management and employees to promote a positive workplace culture
- Supporting workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an added advantage
- Proven experience in HR management with strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR-related software tools
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- People-oriented, results-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
