HR Manager at an International Healthcare Company in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Up to 2,000,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance + Annual Bonus

The Role

The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, compensation & benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies within a dynamic international healthcare environment

Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s mission and operational goals
  • Managing recruitment and selection, hiring, and onboarding processes across various healthcare and administrative functions
  • Overseeing employee performance evaluation, career progression, and succession planning initiatives
  • Administering compensation, benefits, payroll, and welfare programs
  • Ensuring strict compliance with labor laws, healthcare industry regulations, and company policies
  • Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinating training programs, competency development, and continuous learning initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR databases, and relevant documentation
  • Serving as a communication bridge between management and employees to promote a positive workplace culture
  • Supporting workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an added advantage
  • Proven experience in HR management with strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR-related software tools
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • People-oriented, results-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
