Recruitment Manager at a Well-Known Group of Companies in Yangon

  • Lead and oversee the full recruitment cycle, develop strategic hiring plans, and ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retains top-tier talent

The Role 

You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment function, driving talent acquisition strategies, optimizing hiring processes, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term workforce goals

Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to support organizational growth and workforce planning
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with senior management and department heads to understand staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans
  • Guide and supervise recruitment team members to ensure smooth and timely execution of hiring processes
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to enhance hiring efficiency and employer branding
  • Ensure the company’s hiring practices comply with employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards
  • Manage external recruitment partners and strengthen talent pipelines across all levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and talent market trends
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
  • Solid understanding of Myanmar labour law and HR regulations
  • Excellent command of both English and Burmese, in spoken and written
