The Role

The role will oversee all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance. You will collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with the company’s objectives

Our client is a leading company in animal agriculture and feed manufacturing, specializing in the procurement, production, and distribution of high-quality animal feed and related agricultural products in Myanmar

Description

• Manage full financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to senior management
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
• Oversee financial planning, investment analysis, and risk management
• Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily operations
• Work with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
• Provide financial insights to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and company assets effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA or similar certification preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in senior finance roles such as Finance Manager 
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar accounting standards, tax laws, and financial best practices
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in both English and Burmese preferred
