Descriptions

• Advise students on transfer pathways, credit requirements, and university options
• Coordinate with international partner universities to manage transfer documentation and records
• Support students with application preparation, deadlines, and academic planning
• Track student progress to ensure eligibility for transfer requirements
• Conduct transfer information sessions and maintain clear communication with faculty and staff
• Manage transfer records, reports, and coordination with the Articulation Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field 
• At least 2 years of experience in education consultancy / international student placement agency.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural education environment
• Familiarity with CRM or student management systems
• Passion for student development, academic guidance, and supporting students through international pathways
• Fluent English is a must
